The Cultural Center introduces the deep connection between Oshima and Okinoshima, which strictly limits access. Displays trace Oshima’s role as a guardian and gateway to Okinoshima, referencing artifacts that illustrate the ancient rituals once performed there. On the first floor is a room showing a short film featuring island residents expressing their thoughts toward Okinoshima (with English subtitles). The second floor presents information on Oshima’s history and culture, while the third floor is a workspace with views of the sea.
